The Mandarin Daiquiri was invented by Service Bar in Washington, DC. It takes 24 hours to make, but the wait is worth every second.
To make the oleo, vacuum seal equal parts mandarin peels and superfine sugar. Let sit for 24 hours, and strain out the thick syrup. Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice, and pour into a frozen coupe glass. Garnish with a mandarin peel.
